Update: The Roadmap for Fall 2020

Fall 2020 Roadmap

This Summer, I built and shipped more wall easels than ever. Over several months of working overtime seven days a week, I had produced the largest batch of parts yet. Feeling fairly confident that I had a few months of inventory, I resumed taking orders. To my surprise, I received so many orders that I was completely sold out in in less than a month. Ouch! This has meant that many people have been left waiting, unable to make a purchase. I underestimated and I’m really sorry about that.

The simple fact is, these are hand made easels, built by one person in my small woodworking shop. I need to be realistic and not overextend myself or worse, make promises that I cannot keep. So as I prepare for this Fall, I’m going to try something a little different. In order to get as many easels to as many people as possible, I’m going to focus more on my standard production models and take fewer custom orders. I plan on making four production runs a year. Additionally, I’m going to add a new customer queue and  pre-ordering options. This will mean longer turnaround times in some cases, but ultimately more people getting wall easels.

Thanks for your understanding.

Sincerely,
Jason Tueller
